Leitung der Verbesserung der Testinfrastruktur und der Softwarequalität von BRUSA-Produkten mit Schwerpunkt auf Testautomatisierungslösungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Software-Projektmanagern sowie externen Lieferanten und Entwicklungspartnern
Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter und Organisation von Trainings sowie Know-how Austausch
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozessen
Motivierendes Führen und ziel- und ergebnisorientiertes Steuern des Teams in den Projekten
Das bringen Sie mit
Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Berech der Elekrtotechnik o. ä.
Umfangreiche Kenntnisse und langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Testdesign, Implementierung und Durchführung im Automotive Sektor
Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung mit Skripting- und Testwerkzeugen (Kenntnisse von Vector-Tools sind ein Muss)
Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von on-site und Nearshore Projektteams
Fähigkeit zu strategischer Entwicklung und Organisationsentwicklung
Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
Selbständige und analytische Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einem Blick, der weit über den Tellerrand hinausgeht
Stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What you will move in this role
Leading and developing a team of software testing engineers
Planning and coordinating test activities for software releases throughout the cycle (planning - requirements analysis - test specification - test design - test reports) considering ASPICE and ISO 26262
Leading the improvement of the testing infrastructure and software quality of BRUSA products with a focus on test automation solutions
Working closely with software project managers as well as external suppliers and development partners
Developing employees and organizing training sessions and knowledge exchange
Continuous improvement of processes
Motivating leadership and goal-oriented steering of the team in projects
What skills and experience you should bring
Completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering or similar
Extensive knowledge and many years of experience in test design, implementation, and execution in the automotive sector
Several years of experience with scripting and testing tools (knowledge of Vector tools is a must)
Initial experience in leading on-site and nearshore project teams
Ability for strategic development and organizational development
Communication skills, teamwork, and cooperation skills
Independent and analytical work style paired with a broad perspective
Fluent in German and English
