Unterstützung bei der Konsolidierung des globalen Compliance Management Systems
Interne Auditierung der Projekte und Produkte am Standort. Vorbereitung der Kunden- und Zertifizierungsaudits und aktive Begleitung der externen Auditoren durch die Organisation
Bereitstellung und Führung von trainierten und zertifizierten Quality- und Safety-Mitarbeitern am Standort München für die Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Produktsicherheits- und Qualitätsplänen
Unterstützung des Supply Chain Management Teams für die Qualifizierung und Auditierung der Lieferanten, Qualitätsplanung, Erstbemusterung, Reklamationen und Quality Improvement Maßnahmen am Standort München
Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei der Verbreitung einer Sicherheitskultur im gesamten Unternehmen
Das bringen Sie mit
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Physik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
Erfahrung in einer führenden Qualitätsrolle im Automotive-Bereich
Ausbildung in Functional Safety ISO26262 vom Vorteil
Ausbildung in Cyber Security ISO21434 von Vorteil
Kenntnisse über die gängigen Normen ISO, VDA, usw.
Zertifizierter Auditor (VDA, ASPICE, usw.) von Vorteil

What you will move in this role
Set-up and management of the quality management system at our Munich site in cooperation with the global quality management in Buchs (Switzerland)
Collaboration in the definition and implementation of a standard-compliant product lifecycle management framework (management system, tools, processes, templates) with regard to quality, safety and security (incl. product maintenance and spare parts business)
Development and implementation of a compliance management system with regard to sustainability (corporate social responsibility) and data protection at the Munich site
Support in the consolidation of the global compliance management system
Internal auditing of projects and products at the site. Preparation of customer and certification audits and active support of external auditors through the organization
Provision and management of trained and certified Quality and Safety staff at the Munich site for the development and implementation of product safety and quality plans
Supporting the supply chain management team for supplier qualification and auditing, quality planning, initial sampling, complaints and quality improvement measures at the Munich site
Supporting the management team in spreading a safety culture throughout the company
What skills and experience you should bring
Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, physics or a similar field
Experience in a leading quality role in the automotive sector
Training in Functional Safety ISO26262 is an advantage
Training in Cyber Security ISO21434 is an advantage
Knowledge of common standards ISO, VDA, etc.
Certified auditor (VDA, ASPICE, etc.) is an advantage
Leadership experience regarding teams of Q/FuSi specialists
Good knowledge of German and English
